Description

“The Monkey King – Legendary Hero” is a grand fusion of Peking Opera, martial arts, and multimedia stagecraft, depicting Sun Wukong’s epic journey from chaos in the Dragon Palace to claiming his throne on Flower-Fruit Mountain. Led by renowned maestro Chu Lu-Hao and three generations of martial actors, the show merges tradition and contemporary flair – inviting audiences into China’s legendary mythos.

Performed in Mandarin, with Chinese and English surtitles
